Michael Regula

Coach Mike has been teaching gymnastics for more than 15 years. He holds current professional membership with USA Gymnastics for both men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics. He was previously a licensed Paramedic of more than 10 years, is Gymnastics Safety Certified, holds multiple certifications with USA Gymnastics including Instructor, Junior Olympic Development Coach, Junior Olympic Team Coach, and National Team Coach.  Michael is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, which adds to his knowledge of body mechanics and conditioning for sport. Michael’s experience and knowledge of the sport will help your athlete reach their highest level.


Daria Jakubowska

Coach Daria has an extensive background in dance, beginning from childhood. Her dance education started when she was 5 years old at Kasper Dance School in Chicago, where she began Ballroom Dance classes. She later moved on to train with professional dancers and choreographers, Christy Munch and Lori Helfand, in various styles including ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical. Her love of choreography developed here and she had various pieces chosen to compete at State level competitions. Daria also spent 5 years working with Those Funny Little People Performance Company, and 2 years performing with FadCo Lyrical Dance Company. To further her own education, Daria continues to take classes in various styles at Lou Conte Dance Center in Chicago. Daria also currently works as an ICU critical care Registered Nurse.
