All Around Gymnastics offers multiple competitive pathways to meet the needs, goals, and time commitments of our athletes and families. Our Competitive Teams are Invite Only and Monthly Tuition Does Not Include Annual Team Fees, Meet Fees, and Leotard Fees

XCEL Program
The XCEL Program is a competitive pathway designed for gymnasts who want to compete while maintaining a balanced schedule. It allows for flexibility in skill selection and training hours.
Best for gymnasts who:
Want to compete without the time demands of traditional JO programs
Are newer to competition or transitioning from rec classes
Prefer a balanced schedule with school and other activities
XCEL Levels Offered: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond
Season: May-May
Training Focus: Skill development, routine construction, confidence, and teamwork
Approximate Training Hours:
Bronze: 5–6 hours/week
Silver: 5–8 hours/week
Gold: 7–10 hours/week
Platinum/Diamond: 9–12 hours/week
Compulsory Program
The Compulsory Program follows the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic structure and is designed to build a strong technical foundation. All gymnasts at each level perform the same routines, emphasizing form, consistency, and fundamentals.
Best for gymnasts who:
Are highly motivated and skill-driven
Thrive in a structured training environment
Are interested in long-term development toward higher-level gymnastics
Levels Offered: 3, 4, 5
Season: May-May
Training Focus: Strong basics, technique, strength, flexibility, and discipline
Approximate Training Hours:
Level 3: 12-15 hours/week
Level 4: 12-15 hours/week
Level 5: 12-15 hours/week
Optional Program (Levels 6–10)
The Optional Program at All Around Gymnastics is designed for dedicated athletes whose long-term goal is to compete at the collegiate level. This program provides advanced training, individualized skill development, and the structure needed to prepare gymnasts for high-level competition beyond club gymnastics.
Best for gymnasts who:
Have mastered compulsory skills
Are self-motivated and goal-oriented
Want higher-level competition and skill customization
Levels Offered: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Training Focus: Advanced skills, athlete-specific routines, strength, conditioning, and mental training
Optional Level Training Hours
Level 6: 15+ hours/week
Level 7-10: 19+ hours/week
